RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We don't have a return's policy yet so please don't ask unless it's genuinely been chewed up by your neighbour's dog and outside of your control, in which case we'll gladly replace it for you. Just let us know and we'll work something out. x
SHIPPING INFO
We hope to send orders within 1-2 working days and ship them as a 1st Class parcel meaning they should arrive within a 4-5 days from ordering.
Ed ships all your orders personally, meaning there is no fulfilment centre and so please, if you have any delivery requirements for the orders let us know when making it, or if you experience any issues / delays, drop us a line and we'll do our best to make it right.
